
Sean Spaulding, DC, DACRB, CSCS
Dr. Spaulding has been a practicing chiropractic physician since 2008 and is board certified by the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board. He was raised in Allyn, Washington before he attended Eastern Washington University where he majored in kinesiology. While attending at Eastern, his studies continued deeper into exercise physiology where he obtained a certified strength and conditioning specialist credential. Following undergraduate work, he enrolled at Western States University where he graduated as a doctor of chiropractic. For the next four years, he continued advancing his education by participating in multiple continuing education opportunities. Prior, he was in private practice out of Grays Harbor for 6 years, and now enjoys treating the Gig Harbor area.
As a specialist in musculoskeletal injuries, Dr. Spaulding is focused on diagnosis, treatment and prevention of injuries that occur in sports or at home. His passion for getting solutions for his patients fuels him to continue to learn and evolve his skills daily. At home,
Dr. Spaulding loves spending time with his devoted wife Marta, and three kids Gavin, Tenley and Easton. As a family they strive to laugh, love and live everyday while focusing on their goals and ambitions. He actively participates in mountaineering, strength training, mountain biking, and rock climbing.

Forrest Hartford, DC , DACRB, CCSP
Dr. Forrest Hartford is a native of Northwest Washington having grown-up on San Juan Island. He completed his undergraduate degree in exercise science from the University of Puget Sound where he was also a 4 year letterman and team captain of the Logger baseball program. Dr. Hartford continued his education at the University of Western States where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and as the class valedictorian. To further his clinical expertise Dr. Hartford went on to complete extensive post-graduate training in the fields of sports medicine, physical rehabilitation, and manual therapy. He is one of only 5 chiropractors in Washington to be board certified by both the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board. The combination of sports medicine and rehabilitation knowledge and the associated manual therapy skills have allowed Dr. Hartford to successfully treat elite athletes, weekend warriors, and those who just want to feel better in everyday activities. The effectiveness of this treatment approach has resulted in Dr. Hartford being asked to provide injury and preventative care as well as pregame treatment to the regions top professional athletes. Working at the highest level of professional sports has reinforced his belief that a truly mutltidisciplinary approach results in faster recovery and the best overall patient outcomes. To that end Dr. Hartford believes in working with other medical providers to coordinate care and ensure that the patient receives care that is most appropriate for their condition. Clinically Dr. Hartford enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds who are truly motivated to improve their health and are willing to do the work to be active participants in their treatment plan.
Outside of the office Dr. Hartford enjoys working as the strength and conditioning coach for NW Blaze Baseball as well as hiking, camping, and spending time with his wife Melissa, daughter Mia , and golden retriever Dylan.

Josie Ball, DC, CCSP
Dr. Ball was born and raised in Poulsbo, WA. She played softball collegiatly while completing her undergraduate degree in human biology. Dr. Ball attended the University of Western States where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic while concurrently
completing her Masters in Sports and Exercise Science. Post-graduate Dr. Ball has earned certifications in Active Release Technique and is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. She has completed extensive post-graduate training in treating pediatric and pregnant patients.
Dr. Ball has specialized in sports related injuries and has been on the Sports Medicine Advisory Board for the North Kitsap School District, worked with multiple local youth sports programs, as well as a nationally ranked local semi-professional soccer program. Her work in sports related avenues has given her the skills to effectively treat a multitude of conditions. Dr. Ball believes movement is medicine and is committed to providing all of her patients with the tools necessary to achieve proper pain free movement.
Dr.Ball is an outdoor enthusiast which is one of the many driving factors to her working with athletic populations. She has always loved the active lifestyle and the beautiful scenery of the great Pacific Northwest. Dr. Ball loves hiking, backpacking, paddle-boarding, horseback riding and working out. Fitness is an essential part of her life and one she hopes to share with her patients.

Troy Holder, DC, DACBSP, CSCS
Dr. Holder specializes in sports medicine working with many different types of people. He enjoys working with athletes of all levels to find ways for them to resume physical activity and pursue their own passions. For this reason, he constantly spends time keeping up on the most recent research focusing on sports injuries, treatment, rehabilitation, prevention and performance.
Dr. Holder is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West. After beginning his career in a general practice, he desired to gain more experience and broaden his knowledge in helping athletes and the
active community with musculoskeletal injuries. This led him to pursue one of only two post-graduate residencies in the chiropractic profession. At Southern California University of Health Sciences, he completed the chiropractic sports medicine residency, obtaining a board certification in chiropractic sports medicine. The residency provided him with many opportunities, including being a part of the Polyclinic volunteer medical staff at the 2016 Rio Paralympic games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Additionally, during clinical rotations at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center in CA, he worked with various Olympic and Paralympic athletes/teams as well.
With these experiences, he strives to provide our patients the same approach we provide at Pro Sport+Spine and training that elite athletes are receiving.
