Dr. Trey Farber is excited to begin his journey as a part of the PRO SPORT team. He resides in the Gig Harbor community, where he was born. Dr. Farber specializes in Sports Chiropractic and his focus is in keeping athletes healthy and performing at their highest level. Dr. Farber has a background in athletics from Linfield College where he worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Defensive Line Coach for the Wildcats football team. Linfield College is also where he began his college education, played four years of college football, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. During his senior year with the Linfield football program, Dr. Farber was voted Most Inspirational Player by his teammates.
After completing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Farber attended the University of Western States where an evidence-based approach to chiropractic is emphasized. At UWS, Dr. Farber earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic, and also graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Masters in Sports Medicine. In his final year of chiropractic school, Dr. Farber was one of three students selected to intern with Dr. Bill Moreau, who was the head of medicine at the US Olympic Committee.
Dr. Farber continues advancing his knowledge and technique in the Sports Medicine and Chiropractic fields. Outside of clinical practice, he enjoys coaching and working with local sports teams, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.
