a message about covid-19
We are committed to the health and well-being of our patients and staff, which is why we have implemented some changes within our facility to combat the spread of all viruses. We are actively following all recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and local state agencies closely. Although we have always taken hygiene and sanitation seriously at PRO SPORT, we have elevated our team’s efforts to the highest standards of cleanliness.
PRO SPORT is currently open with some modifications. Our rehabilitation, chiropractic, massage and orthopedic practitioners are still operating at a reduced capacity. Our goal is to continue essential care services for those who need it, while simultaneously reducing the number of potential interactions at our facility.
We respectfully ask our patients to notify us ahead of time if they currently or have recently experienced a fever, sore throat, cough or other cold/flu symptoms so that we may reschedule your appointment
In accordance with our state mandate we are requiring that all patients and visitors wear a mask. If a patient or visitor does not have a mask, one will be provided. However, given our limited quantities, we ask that all patients please bring their own, if possible.
FACIAL COVERING GUIDANCE FOR BUSINESSES:
No business may operate, allow a customer to enter a business, or conduct business with a customer inside any building that is open to the public or outdoors in a public place unless the customer is wearing a face covering, as required by Order of the Secretary of Health 20-03.
*There are some exemptions to the DOH order, including people with certain disabilities or health conditions, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and children under the age of 2. (Officials encourage use of a face covering by children ages 3-5 if possible. Children 5 and older must wear a face covering.)
At this unprecedented time, we appreciate everyone’s patience and support. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to reach out at (253) 853-4000. As always, try to stay healthy and injury free during these trying times.
