Dr. Gardner is a highly skilled sports chiropractor with seven years of experience in providing chiropractic care to athletes and active individuals. After graduating from Washington State University (WSU) with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and minors in neuroscience and psychology, Dr. Gardner pursued further studies in at Palmer College of Chiropractic earning the necessary qualifications to become a licensed chiropractor.
Specializing in sports-related injuries and performance optimization, Dr. Gardner uses a variety of chiropractic techniques, including spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises, to help patients recover from injuries and enhance their athletic performance. Her approach focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing future injuries through customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Over the past seven years, Dr. Gardner has worked with athletes from various sports, ranging from amateur enthusiasts to professional competitors. Passionate about health and wellness, she has a deep understanding of biomechanics and how to support the body’s natural healing processes. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Gardner stays current with the latest advancements in sports chiropractic and regularly attends continuing education seminars to refine her skills and knowledge.
In her free time, Dr. Gardner enjoys playing and coaching soccer, playing video games, reading books and home brewing with her husband.
